Titan Plumbing made the replacement of our water heater very easy. Jon and Phil arrived within two hours of my initial call and were professional, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. They do carry common sizes on their trucks but ours needed to be ordered. It was available and installed by Jon and Phil the next morning. Titan communicates well regarding when the technicians will arrive and they were very careful working in our home (wore booties, took great care maneuvering our old water heater out of the basement, left the work area clean, etc.) We were Impressed and pleased with the service provided and would use Titan again.
