Amazing. We had a frozen pipe that leaked due to the polar vortex. They were out in 30 minutes, fixed the pipe, and got our water back. John was incredibly friendly helpful. I’ve used all sorts of plumbers over the years and I always find the family owned shops to be the best. This was no exception. Titan Plumbing made the replacement of our water heater very easy. Jon and Phil arrived within two hours of my initial call and were professional, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. They do carry common sizes on their trucks but ours needed to be ordered. It was available and installed by Jon and Phil the next morning. Titan communicates well regarding when the technicians will arrive and they were very careful working in our home (wore booties, took great care maneuvering our old water heater out of the basement, left the work area clean, etc.) We were Impressed and pleased with the service provided and would use Titan again.

Titan Plumbing. Fast to respond, Polite, Professional, Honest, respectful. Our Sump Pump failed and we had a flooded basement. They were out first thing Monday morning. Had all the supplies and were amenable to all suggestions. They never tried to push or up sell parts etc. Price is what was quoted. Unfortunately, we lost all precious memories in boxes, we were at ease with Titan solving our issue. Would recommend them 100%

Had a leaky 13 year old hot water heater. Went to Home Depot, and thought they were a little too expensive for a Rheem installed. Contacted Titan, and saved over $200.00 for a better-quality hot water heater. My technician, John, was simply awesome! Removed the old unit, and installed the new unit in a couple hours! Left my basement cleaner than when he arrived! Got it all done THE SAME DAY I called them! I highly recommend Titan Plumbing & drain Services!
