What guarantees or warranties do you offer on your products and services?

At Titan Plumbing and Drain Services, our goal is to offer the best written warranties of any plumbing company in the area. That being said, basic plumbing repairs are warranted for one year parts and labor, unconditionally. If something goes wrong, we will fix it or replace it for free. Our warranties on new installations are typically longer than most of our competitors. We honor all manufacturer's warranties on our products unless specified on invoice at time of service. Become a Guardian member and you will instantly add an additional year of warranty coverage on your new installation.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes, yes and yes. We uphold all national, state, and local government laws. Our State of Illinois plumber's license is #058 – 179219.
